Cannot get help

My kills are not being recorded in Game Center. I have sent 15+ emails and no response or any indication my emails have been read. One would think a popular game would at best tell it that you are the problem, but I dont even get that.
It is August and kills not being recorded. What is the problem?
Is anyone or anything receiving the question.
